Mother, daughter, sister, aunt, wife, friend, equestrian, realtor, child of God….Heather Lewis Hardesty Norton, age 53, entered the gates of Heaven on Friday, February 2, 2024, at home in the loving arms of her family.
Heather was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ira Eugene Lewis, Sr. and Edna Mae Bowen Lewis, as well as her maternal grandparents, Howard Edward Hall and Mae Francine Hand Hall.
Heather is survived by her daughters, Auguste Isabella Hardesty and Willoughby Reva Hardesty; her parents, Ira Eugene Lewis, Jr. and Reva Hall Lewis; her husband, Joe Glenn Norton; her siblings, Ira Eugene Lewis, III (Trey), Autumn P’Pool Amonett, and Daphne Hubbard Berry; her nephews and nieces, Blakely Alan-Trey Lewis, Taylor Elizabeth Moore, Ashton Hall Hubbard, Charles Jackson Hubbard, and Hayden Cash P’Pool; and a lifetime of truly amazing friends and loved ones.
Heather’s family will receive friends Thursday, February 8 from 10:30-11:50 a.m. at Central Church of Christ, 225 Saraland Blvd. S., Saraland, Alabama, with a celebration of life service immediately following led by Billy Lambert and David Dixon.
