Mrs. Helen Busby Lewis of Creola, AL entered into eternal rest on February 13, 2016 at the age of 93. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL. Chapel services will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a brief graveside service at Creola Cemetery. Rev. Ellen Lesley will officiate. She is preceded in death by her husband, Newton (Buck) Lewis and her daughter, Mary Virginia Dixon. She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Lewis Cruthird of Creola, two sons, Joseph Newton Lewis of Creola and John Lewis (Alla) of Birmingham, AL, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Lewis retired from International Paper Company following 44 years of service. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting.
