Marion Sybil Smy Poole

Mrs. Marion Sybil Elizabeth Smy Poole, age 81, resident of Chickasaw, Alabama, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, David Poole and parents, William Frederick Ernest Emeny and Muriel Ellen Emeny.

Mrs. Poole was a native of Woodbridge, England. She worked for many years as a stock clerk with Brunos Grocery Stores. She is survived by her children; Tony Poole, Glen Poole (Tammy) and Darrel Poole (Lydia). Her six grandchildren also survive her; Matthew Poole (Dawn), Dustin Poole, Breanna Poole, Brian Poole, Harrison Poole, Rachel Poole, and one great-grandchild Pippa Poole.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home-Saraland on Thursday, August 17,2023 from 9:00 a.m. until service time of 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spanish Fort, AL.
