Thomas Dale Lewis, age 71, of Creola, Alabama passed away on Wednesday September 19, 2018. Thomas was born April 22, 1947. AL. A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture. Early in his career he worked at Scott Paper, then later as a welder in local shipyards. He was a member of the Local 112 Boilermaker's Union. He loved farming and anything having to do with the land, especially hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sons Hannis K. Lewis and Samuel D. (Robin) Lewis. Brothers and sisters; Paul Lewis, Vernon Lewis, Evelyn Addison and Lavergne Janke.
Visitation for Thomas will be held Monday, September 24, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL 36571. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL 36571. Burial will follow at Turnerville Family Cemetery, 1234 Roberts Road, Chunchula, Alabama.
