Our loving wife and mother Anna Maria Lubrano gained her angel wings on October 30, 2021 with her husband by her side. Anna Maria was 64 years old. She was predeceased in death by her Father Pierino Grieco. She is survived by her husband Angelo, sons Peter (Christina) and Ben (Kristyn), mother Antoinette, sister Giovanna, brother Michael and her two granddaughters (Tesoros) Ella and Bria, who made up the entirety of her world.
Her life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she stayed here. Anna Maria never stopped fighting, there was no quit in her and she was determined. Anna Maria’s reply to all adversity was “go ahead, let me see what you can do”.
Anna Maria was a compassionate spirit, and her passion was the love for her husband, family, and grandchildren. Her life was dedicated to everyone’s happiness. Her dearest moments in life were a Sunday dinner shared with her husband, her family, and her granddaughters. These times were filled with laughter, good food, and lots of love.
If roses grow in heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother’s arms and tell her they’re from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day, but there’s an ache within my heart that will never go away.
Please join us in remembrance on Monday November 8, 2021 at Robert Toale & Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave., Sarasota, FL from 5-8 pm for the viewing and on Tuesday November 9, 2021 at 9:30 am at Incarnation Church, 2901 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota, FL 34239, for a mass honoring Anna Maria.
