For many years, Dave was a good friend to my older brother, Tom.  They shared a keen interest in firearms.   I hadn’t known Dave very well, but when Tom died in ‘09,  he reached out to me & we began to intermittently correspond between Florida & NJ.  He’d tell me about his ‘issues’, and I’d pass along mine.  He said he still thought about Tom and always had some nice tidbit to pass along about him.   
I knew Dave wasn’t doing well, but
he seemed to be looking forward to better days. 
My sincere condolences to family and friends.  He’ll be missed.

Dave and Stan were friends since college and used to have the most heated ‘discussions’ about everything but they shared their love of guns! Here’s a very ‘old’ picture I found of Dave(on the left) and Stan (on the right).

Rest In Peace Dave. You were a wonderful friend to Stan over the years and we have lots of wonderful memories.
