She is survived by her loving children, Angie (Russ) Shepherd, Krissy (Igor) Mazia, Jon (Elizabeth) Huffman, Dave (Zita) Martin and Cindy (William) Bradbury; grandchildren, Bryan and Erin Shepherd, Haley (Ryan) Fetchko, Alex Long, Billy and Robert Bradbury, Katy (Greg) Truax and Matt Martin; four great-grandchildren.
Diane was pre-deceased by her beloved husband of 28 years, COL (Retired) Paul Martin and her parents, Clark and Wilma Phillips.
Diane was a graduate of Ball State Teachers College and an R.N. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved golfing, singing in the church choir and all WVU sports. She was an active member of the Bee Ridge Presbyterian Church.
Services will be Monday, June 19, 2017, 11:00 am at the Bee Ridge Presbyterian Little White Church. A celebration of her awesomely happy life will follow at the Camelot East clubhouse. Interment will be at a later date in the Sarasota National Cemetery.
The family prefers memorial donations to Tidewell Hospice, Sarasota, or PanCAN.org. in lieu of flowers.
