

E. Marjorie Keller, also known as “Grammi” and “Margie”, died at age 93, after having lived a long and happy life. She was married for 66 years to the person she always told everyone was the finest human being she had ever known in her entire life- Frank J. Keller Jr. They married when she was 18 and he was 19 years old.
Survivors include two wonderfully loving daughters, Danni (George) Sadler of Sarasota, and Karli (Dewey) Mahoney of Myakka Valley Ranches. Also, four fantastic grandchildren – Lisbeth (Rick), Lauren, Stacy (Geoff), and Robin (Spencer). Also, eight great-grandchildren- Michael, Dylan, Geoffrey, Steven, Valerie, Cameron, Taj, and Landon. Also, two nieces, Karyn and Krissi and three nephews, Billy, Walter, and Carl. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, three sisters, Helen, Sugar, and Elsie, her grandson Anthony, and her nephew Ray.
Born in Watervliet, N.Y., Margie lived in Union, N.J. for 67 years prior to moving to Sarasota in 2005.
Visitation will be at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 6 from 12-2pm, followed by a service and entombment in Palms-Robarts Chapel of the Palms Mausoleum, where Margie has truly been looking forward to joining her exceptionally wonderful husband of 66 years, who pre-deceased her 04-02-2008. Margie was 17 years old and Frankie was 18 when they became engaged on Christmas Day of 1941. Love most certainly is a many splendored thing.
