So sad to learn of Florence’ s passing. Memories of our long friendship date back to being neighbors during our 24 years as neighbors and Purdue wives in West Lafayette to later meetings in Rhode Island and Boston.  Florence was a fabulous cook, who was a terrific wife to Milton, a wonderful hostess, and motherly advisor. She possessed seemingly boundless energy, kindness and sense of adventure.  We were honored to have her serve as godmother to our daughter.  We shall miss Florence and send condolences and much love to Milt, Karen, Faith and family members.

So sorry to learn of Florence's passing.  I have fond memories of cooking with her for Hadassah events and I have at least one of her wonderful recipes that I still make on occasion.
She will be greatly missed.  May her memory be for a blessing.
