I'm sorry for the loss of my cousin.  I will attend Frank's burial in Rochester on September 29.

Frank was a dear friend of Don Foos and me.  He loved to tell a good joke, was an avid reader , a fish in the water, and an author.  I met Frank 40 years ago when he worked with the Department of Education at that time he was reading grants.  

My sincere condolences to his family.
