Gloria T. Bernath, 86, of Bradenton, FL died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Gloria had graduated from Loyala University in Chicago with a Master in Nursing. She was a registered nurse and also taught nursing at the College of Dupage Glen Ellyn, Illinois. After moving to Sarasota she continued nursing in Home Health Care. She was a member of Church of the Trinity MCC, Sarasota.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2:00 P.M. at the Church of the Trinity MCC, 7225 Lockwood Ridge Road, Sarasota.
Survivors include her cousins: Betty Kuhlmann of St. Charles, IL, Ron Kuhlmann of Carol Stream, IL, Jacqueline Gillis of Freeport, IL, and Dan Dudak of Long Beach, CA, Daniel Szymanski of Wheatland, WY.
