Howard is survived by his wife, Amy, adult children, Elliot and Stacey, and his brother, Marc Reissner.
He was the caring son of Shirley and Harold Reissner, who preceded Howard in death.
Howard graduated from Cornell University (B.A.), George Washington University (J.D.) and Columbia University (M.B.A.). Professionally, he was an entrepreneur and attorney. As the son of a Holocaust survivor, he was committed to the Jewish community and Holocaust remembrance.
A graveside service for Howard will be held Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 2:30 PM at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232.
