Mrs. Gensemer was born on November 29, 1938, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. She was a 1956 graduate of Lebanon High School and earned an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Prince George’s Community College.
Jacqueline worked as a secretary in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania during the 1950s and 1960s, and later worked for Royer Realty in Atlanta, Georgia from 1979 to 1987. She had a deep love for dogs and birds and enjoyed crafting and jewelry making.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bruce Victor Gensemer, the love of her life, whom she married on August 9, 1959.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Gary Bryan, nephew, Brandon Sassaman along with many other nieces and nepwhes.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave., Sarasota, FL 34232. A reception will follow the service.
