Louise was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Kenneth (Fred) and Florence Ralston on October 12, 1930. Louise was the 3rd of 4 children and the only daughter.
Louise attended Western Technical Commercial School where she studied commercial art and met her future husband, Bill. Louise wed William R. (Bill) Parsons on July 8th, 1950, and moved to the United States eventually settling in Solon, Ohio. Louise had two children, Rick and Ann and eventually a foster son Michael. Louise spent her time caring for her family, friends and the community. Louise was known for her generosity and would volunteer wherever help was needed.
