Mari-Jean Shaffer, age 82, of Sebastian, Florida passed away on Friday August 10, 2018. Mari-Jean was born February 23, 1936 in St. Petersburg, FL to the late Frank and Frances (Bailey) Olds.

Mari-Jean is survived by her; 3 sons, Danny (Debbie) Shaffer, Paul (Lisa) Shaffer and Eric (Nicole) Shaffer; 2 daughters, Catherine Shaffer and Teresa Shaffer; sisters, Juanita Ann Matt, Jeanette Alberta Bates and Frankie Earlene Morgan; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Mari-Jean will be held Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Friday, August 31, 2018 from 11:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 12:00PM, all at Robert Toale & Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232. A graveside service will occur following the service at 2:00 PM at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
