Norm was born on October 22, 1945 in Detroit, MI to parents Henry & Arlene Osborne of Michigan.
Norm was in the US Marines, served during Vietnam, and earned the Purple Heart. He started work in Detroit and was in Music Promotion in Nashville, San Francisco and New York. Some of the companies he worked for were Elektra Records, and EMI Records. Once retired, he was very proud to start a Veterans Club in New Jersey.
Norm was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Arlene Osborne. He is survived by his wife Chris who lives in Sarasota, FL; and brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Mary Uhlir, of New Jersey.
A public service is not scheduled.
