Peggy was born on February 19, 1949, in Waynesville, MO. She went on to enjoy a fulfilling career as a budget analyst for the U.S. Government, stationed at Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri and retired from Federal Service in Ft Meade, Maryland in 1990.
In 1990, she met Ed Fedeli, Jr., Owner and CEO of Northeast Military Sales, Inc (NEMS). Their relationship quickly blossomed, and they were married in 1992. Peggy later became Vice President of NEMS, where they worked side by side with joy and dedication until they both retired in January 2025.
Beyond her professional life, Peggy found happiness in the simple pleasures she loved most—reading, HGTV, gardening, and above all, cherishing time with her family. Her bucket list had only one thing on it. It was to dig for diamonds in Crater of Diamonds State Park in Arkansas. Due to her illness she wasn’t able to make it and now the family will proceed to go in remembrance of her.
Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Ed; her two children, Michael Engle (wife, Jeannie) and Robert Barrow (wife, Julie); her grandchildren, Doni Engle (wife, Erica), Kristie Engle, Austin Barrow, and Hunter Barrow; her great-grandson, Silas Bossom; her sister, Carolyn Schubert (husband, Dennis), her “favorite niece”, Sharrie Ruppel, niece, Kim Struemph, niece, Stephanie Robinson, nephew, Ed Ruppel, nephew, Glen Carter, great niece, Carolyn McKinney, great niece, Victoria Struemph, great niece, Natalie Struemph, great niece, Izzy Struemph, great niece, Ashley Calloway, great niece, Maudesty Ruppel, great nephew, Paul McKinney, great nephew, Eddie Michael Ruppel and great nephew, Landon Ruppel.
