Penny was born on March 3, 1944 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Rose Miller.
Penny had a career and was a beloved teacher.
Preceded in death by her husband, John Buck in 2025, Penny is survived by a brother, Larry Miller and sister-in-law, Elaine Hoffman, of West Palm Beach, Florida, a sister, Ina Miller of Roswell, Georgia, brother and sister in law, Robert and Esther Miller of Corona Del Mar, California; and several nieces and nephews.
A Cryptside Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 10:00 am at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave., Sarasota, FL 34232.
