Dear Mrs.Benson and family,
I am so so very sad and so sorry to hear about Bob. It was a shock.  I am a WD pharmacist that spoke with him frequently by phone and especially during the start of the COVID vaccine administration. As a pilot store, it was a difficult time for us and he wanted to help us and learn. We so appreciated his willingness to help.  He wanted to be the best pharmacist he could be and do what the corporation asked.  He was so kind and genuine. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.  He will not be forgotten.
