My husband and Bob worked together at Novartis.  After retirement we gathered yearly for a “reunion”.  Great memories!  Rosemary Fiscella

Linda and I met Robbie in Florida a few years ago and fast became pool buddies and shared many dinners and a few glasses of wine together. Rob was a true gentleman and will be so missed by those of us who had the honor to know him.

Words can’t express our sadness in learning of Rob’s  passing. Our prayers and thoughts go out to Candace and the family.

I will never forget Rob and Candice love and concern, when my wife Liz was sick and he and Candice then attended her funeral in Michigan, Rob played hundreds of games of Words with Friends with Liz all through her ilness and she loved it. I know he wll be missed but a good life will never be forgotten. Kindness is a gift from God and he had it and used it . Liz will be talking with him right now about the pool friends. Whenever I see a rose, I think of the beautiful rose bushes Rob grew. He always had the prettiest roses.

As snowbirds from Canada, we had the great pleasure  of making friends with Rob and Candy and their family in Venice.  Over the last several years we have had wonderful trips to La Grange and they made trips to Canada.  A very special friendship was formed that we treasure.  

We cannot express how very much you and your beautiful smile and fabulous sense of humour will be missed Robbie.

We met Rob  and Candy in Florida through Bob and Marilyn White about 5 years ago, and became part of that friendship.   It was with great disbelief that we received the news that Rob had died suddenly.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Candy, family and friends for their loss of a great husband, father, grandfather and friend,  he will be sorely missed by us all.  God bless .

My memories of Robbie go back to Juniata  when we were in Noble  School until the end of 9th grade in Keith, when I moved away to Pittsburgh.  
During those times we were in the Altoona Elementary Band and Keith Jr. High Marching Band together. I was in Cub Scouts with Robbie when his mom was our scout leader.  I remember how all of us boys watched the Mickey Mouse Club on TV at Rob's house after our scout meetings on Fridays, just to see the next chapter of Spin and Marty. 
 I will never forget the time Rob and I were in his mom's kitchen, while his mom wasn't home. We had the radio on and the song "Topsy" came on. I grabbed the sink sprayer and danced to the music while spraying the kitchen window, wall  AND Rob, to the music !   Robbie was in stitches laughing !    
The first time and sadly the last time I saw Rob since the early sixties, was at the 45th Altoona high school reunion  in 2007.  
   Rob, I know you are with the Lord now and some day, Lord willing, I will get to shake your hand, have a few more laughs and talk about the good old days in Juniata !

Anyone that knew Rob was greatly blessed. His sense of humor and positive attitude were contagious. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

So many wonderful memories with a very dear friend.  We will miss Rob in so many ways.  Rest In Peace.  

  For those that have been as blessed by the Lord as my family has been, you can relate. My wife and 2 daughters have lived next door to Rob and Candy for 20 years. What started as a chance of circumstance and timing, evolved into a priceless 20 year relationship with Rob and Candy. Words don’t do justice to just how much it has meant to us to call Rob and Candy our dear friends and not just neighbors. We have countless wonderful memories that given hours of time, I could share.  Our hearts are heavy, and yes, this is a very difficult time and Rob is painfully missed, but still we have peace in our hearts knowing without any doubt, we will be reunited with Rob again in Heaven in the presence of our Lord Jesus.  That is where Rob is waiting.  Rest In Peace my friend.

You will be missed. We grew up together from grade school thru  high school even though you were one year ahead of me, we were Juniata kids. We were together lots - cub scouts, football in the street on 8th Avenue, Wiffle ball in the alley, pinochle cards with friends, and endless throwing those tennis balls as fast as we could trying to hit them with broom sticks against your parents garage door. 

I followed you on the paper route you had and then to Meek's drug store when you went to Robert Morris and me to Penn State. 

We met again in Greensburg, PA for sometime during our early employment years. I remember you driving a Gremlin and me driving a Pinto during the gas shortage years.

Then Candy and you moved to Kentucky and Karla and I moved to South Carolina. We kept in touch with each other via Facebook and email. We shared our political views, sports interests, and jokes just like we did when we were together. We traveled to Gatlinburg, TN for some time together and golf.

My friend, you will not be forgotten. In fact, when I cross that river to my heavenly home, you’ll probably be there to greet me. Until then, enjoy your time with our Heavenly Father, I’ll be there whenever the Lord calls me home.
