Originally a showgirl from Cuba, Sabina came to America alone with 4 children, while waiting for her husband Jose to join them after his time in the Cuban military. She settled in New Jersey and began a life as a seamstress. Jose joined her in America and they began their circus life with Ringling brothers in the 70's.
They discovered Myakka City Florida in the early 80's and decided it was the perfect place for their ever growing family. With 7 children now they settled down and formed Circus Pages, a family operation that grew into an International circus thriving for over 25 years, bringing up 4 generations of performing Pages.
She was a strong woman loved by many in the community and the circus world. She loved watching her grand and great grandchildren perform, play soccer and especially enjoyed cooking for all those who gathered with her. Bringing a scratcher always got you extra!
Sabina is survived by her brother and sister, children Dolores (Luis)Posso, Jose Pages Jr, Jorge (Freida) Pages, Felix (Natalia) Pages, Rosa Torres, William Pages (Jill), and Yolanda Pages. Grandchildren Lazarus, Luis Jr, Rosalba; Jose Angel, Yesenia; Vicenta, Colleen, Jorge W; Jordan, Savannah, Layla; Virginia, Juan, Diego, Alex; Jose Anthony, Mercedes, Raelynn; James, Kayla, and 15 great grandchildren.
