I only know Sumit and Nisha Verma through their support for the children who are patients at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.  I'm so very sorry for the loss  of Sumit's brother.  I'm praying for acceptance, endurance and peace for all. Take good care, Vicky Tomber

We knew Amit Verma and family as our neighbors in Metuchen, New Jersey.    Amit’s strong resemblance to Shah Rukh Khan and focus on fitness were well known there. We fondly recall Amit’s infectious smile, always talking to people and playing with Akshay and Arman outdoors. There was once a blizzard that blanketed our community - Amit decided that it was the perfect time to throw a party and invited the neighbors. 

We are deeply saddened by Amit’s sudden passing and the Verma family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I had the privilege of working closely with Amit at IDB and support our President. His smile and laughter filled up a room and connected with all those he encountered. He was a special soul, light, and friend who will be dearly missed. Rest in peace Amit.

Amit was our neighbor in Metuchen , good friend gym buddy and more like younger brother .  He always called me “bhai sahib “ means elder brother .
One of the most fun loving friend  with an infectious smile that was really welcoming . 
We just spoke a few weeks back and were planning to meet for lunch in the city at our favorite Indian place “ Baar Baar” .  “Baar Baar” will always remind me of you my friend .

Your smile lit up the world and opened the world up to so many people.  I will always remember you foundly and miss you deeply.

Dear Amit’s family. We are unable to believe about this terrible untimely loss of the most animated and full of life soul. Please accept our sincere condolences. 

We were fortunate to spend some time with Saya, Amit, Akshay, and Armaan as our neighbors in Metuchen. Amit and I used to go to gym around the same time early morning and I was really inspired by his interest and dedication to his fitness goals. He derived his inspiration from Shah Rukh Khan. His talents knew no bounds. He was a ping pong champ but was kind enough to let me win a few points. He had this  rare charisma to make the other person feel on top of the world. I always thought of him as my younger brother and will miss him a great deal. I cannot forget his cooking and fondly recall a couple of gatherings at his place. 

We send our hugs to his family members and will keep everyone in our thoughts and prayers. This is a huge loss of such a precious soul but Amit will live in our hearts forever.
