He was born in Quincy, MA on January 4, 1937. He grew up in Squantum, close to extended family. He graduated from North Quincy High School and continued his education at Northeastern University.
Charles met Carol (Smith) Jackson after returning from service in the US Army, stationed in Korea. Carol and Charles married on June 6, 1959 in Quincy, MA.
Charles had a long, successful career in dental sales beginning in MA and continuing in Arizona (where his family moved to, in 1975) until his well-deserved retirement.
Charles was a dedicated family man, family meaning everything. He had a passion for Sun Devil & Cardinals football, the Red Sox, Patriots, his rescue dogs, travel, and his community of Ahwatukee.
Charles is survived by his wife of 61 years, Carol Jackson, his two daughters, Debra Voigts Murphy and Sheryl Munoz, and son-in-law Victor Munoz, his grandsons, Nathaniel Munoz, his spouse Stefanie, and Nicholas Munoz, and his great-grandchildren, Avery and Travis Munoz.
Services for Charles will be held at 9am on May 21, 2021 at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery in Scottsdale, AZ with placement following services.
