Fred M. Lama

Fred M. Lama, 91, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away at home with family to be with our Lord Jesus Christ our Savior on October 17, 2021 at 5:30 pm. Fred is survived by his loving wife, Molly Lama; married 51 loving years. Fred is also survived by his 5 children Sandy, Capri (John), Freddie (Joyce), Tommy (Pat) and Sammy; brother, Manuel Lama; sister, Ruby Martinez; 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Fred was preceded in death by his son, Steve Lama; mother, Delores Sevedra; stepfather, Robert Sevedra; and brother, Eddie Lama.

Fred was a high school graduate of St. Mary's High School. Fred worked as a professional upholsterer his entire life. Fred took a lot of pride in his work and was very meticulous.

Fred was sick at home on Hospice Family Care for the last 2 years of his life, and a thank you to Hospice of the Valley for your support and professionalism.

Services in Fred's honor will be held at Green Acres Mortuary (401 N Hayden Rd Scottsdale, AZ 8527) on Wed., October 27, 2021 with a visitation at 10:15 am and service at 11:00 am.
