Helen J. Dyjak, 73, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on November 23, 2016. Helen was born in Minnesota on April 29, 1943. She is predeceased by her husband Ted and is survived by her son Bill. She had a long career in administration, most recently at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. She had a passion for reading, playing golf, and watching football. Memorial services will be held on December 3, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
