Ileen was born on January 25, 1948, in Moorhead, Minnesota to her parents Walter and Olive (Anderson) Lafayette. She graduated from Barnesville High School and resided in Minnesota for a majority of her life prior to moving to Scottsdale.
Ileen worked for Moorhead State University for over 30 years before she retired and eventually went on to obtain her certification in massage therapy.
In her free time, Ileen enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and going on cruises, tending her garden and even started doing Diamond Dotz art painting. One of the places she enjoyed most was Star Lake in Minnesota. She always kept herself busy.
Ileen is survived and missed by her children, Jane Adrover (Ruben), Jackie Liebelt (Darin) and Jeremy Raw; grandchildren, Jared Adrover, Gary Adrover, Tayler Ernst, Ryan Liebelt, Matt Liebelt and Noah Liebelt; and her siblings, Larry Lafayette and Grace Schwarz.
