Joan Marie Beauvais, 75, of Tempe, passed away on November 21, 2015. She was born on January 8, 1940 in Athens, Wisconsin to Leonard and Mildred Bollech. After moving to Arizona, she spent her career working as an x-ray technician. Joan was a member of the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Beauvais; sons, Neil (Heather) and Stephen (Davida) Beauvais; sister, Patricia Kramer; brothers Jim, Thomas, and William Bollech; grandchildren Emma and Riley Beauvais; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held on December 4, 2015 beginning at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, 2121 S. Rural Rd., Tempe. A committal service and reception will follow at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joan’s name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
