Born in 1939 in Battambang, Cambodia, Lab, her late husband, Bo Min, as well as her four children were refugees of the Vietnam war and were brought over to the United States in 1984 by the Manns, a wonderful family in Wichita, Kansas. Lab and her family made their home in Kansas before moving to Arizona in 1991.
Lab loved good food and socializing, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, had a mischievous sense of humor, and had a wonderful smile that could light up a room.
She is survived by her daughters, Jade Min, Sophy Leonard, and Sophay Min-Harrington, her son, Sophan Min, as well as several grandsons and granddaughters, all of whom live in Arizona and Arkansas.
