Rob Leslie

Rob Leslie, our Dad, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 in Chandler, Arizona. His story started on November 11, 1958 in San Manuel, AZ. Born to Jim and Sue Leslie, he was the oldest brother to David and Steve. Our Dad grew up riding motorcycles, racing sand rails and enjoying all that Arizona had to offer.

He attended Mesa High, graduated in 1976, and then attended Arizona State University where he received a degree in Accounting and became a CPA. Along the way Dad had his three children - Stephanie, Jared and Trent. Dad went on to work 30+ years in the Non Profit Accounting field and was a prestigious member of many professional organizations. He leaves behind a professional legacy that is an honor to our family.

Dad was a dynamic leader in the community and had an extremely positive impact on all those around him, both personally and professionally. He deeply cared about making those around him succeed by giving his counsel and guidance. This impact will be felt for a long time and leaves ripples in the community that are priceless to us.

With his family, he loved to be there to talk through life’s challenges and possible future successes. He was always there to pick you up when things didn’t quite go your way and was your biggest cheerleader when they did. We will miss the future time lost and cherish the precious memories that we will all keep close to our hearts.

Along with his children, siblings and mother our Dad is a beloved Uncle, survived by 5 nieces, 5 nephews, 2 great nephews and 2 great nieces.

As we go through this time of loss, we ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made in our Dad’s name to Arizona Community Foundation.
