Rose Marie Wallace passed peacefully on January 9, 2014, in Fountain Hills. She was born on December 12, 1953, in Chicago,Illinois, to loving parents Clarence and Betty Smith. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend. She is prececed by her Mother. She is survived by her father and her loving husband Martin Swainstion; daughters, Katie and Alix, brothers Larry and Joey, sister Linda. She touched the lives of many in California and Arizona alike. A loving and compassionate soul that will always be remembered. Whether it was outreach, work, or friends she was always positive and loving.
