Thomas James OLSEN, age 79, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021. Thomas was born April 5, 1942.
A graveside service for Thomas will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
