

Wilma grew up in Oxford, Ohio and attended Stewart High School. She married John Collins and moved to Arizona in 1957. She dedicated much of her time and energy to raising her four sons and three daughters. She was the foundation of family. All her children loved her dearly.
After being a homemaker for seventeen years, Wilma entered the workforce and was employed by Chambers Belt Co., and later Red Lobster. She was always a loyal and key member of her teams. She would open new stores and train employees in various processes until she retired in 1997. In her retirement she spent time with her family and friends.
She was a huge Arizona Diamondbacks fan and watched every televised game. When she could not watch the game at the scheduled time she recorded the game. She would enjoy sitting down with her son's and daughter's and watch her favorite TV shows; Murder She Wrote, MatlocK, and Everybody Loves Raymond. She mentioned that Raymond and Frank reminded her of family members. She would make us laugh until we cried. She really enjoyed being with her family. She was great mom and and the button that held us together.
Wilma's surviving children are Mike(Terry), John(Juanita), Barbara(Mark), Tom(Lori), Jim(Trisha), Pam(Fred), and Lori(Tom). She had 16 Grandchildren and 22 Great-Grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Dorothy; her sisters, Mary Louise and Carol; and her brother, Charles.
She will be greatly missed and always remembered.
