Born Feb. 21, 1943 in Carbonear, Newfoundland, Canada, she left to be with her Lord, and her husband William E. Cook on April 12, 2015. Raised in Richland, WA she attended Columbia High School Class of 1961. Her life was spent in the same home in Seattle where she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Brian & Jenna Cook, sister Margie & brother Bill, Nieces Suzanne & Lisa, Nephews David, Cameron, & Greg and her many great nieces and nephews whom she was known as Lady Bev, as well as her beloved dog Cooper. Memorial service to be held April 26, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Maple Leaf Lutheran Church, 10005 32nd NE, Seattle, WA 98125. Gifts of remembrance can be made and mailed to the same.
