He served his country in US Navy and following his service, spent most of his working life in accounting. He met and married the love of his life, Marilyn JoAnn Stenwick in 1966. They recently celebrated their 45th anniversary.
George is predeceased by his parents and his sister, Kathryn O’Brien.
He is survived by his wife, Jo, sons: Jay (Natalie) Jensen and Bill (Lori) Jensen as well as his 4 grandchildren: Morgan, Katie, Matthew and Kenzie.
He is also survived by his brother, William S. Jensen, sisters: Eloise and Susan Jensen and his brother-in-law, Brian O’Brien.
A service for George will be held at Acacia Funeral Home on March 1, 2012 at 1:00 pm with a reception and interment to follow.
