

Jerry was born in Seattle, Washington on February 1st, 1935 and was the son of Orville Lupton and Mary Ottinger Lupton. He grew up in the north end of Seattle, attending Lincoln High School and graduating from Seattle University School of Business in 1958. Jerry was the owner of the Lake Hills Vacuum Clinic, which was a fixture in Bellevue's Lake Hills Shopping Center from the 1960s until 1997. Many Lake Hills homes had vacuums that came from his shoP, and he kept them running smoothly.
Jerry developed a love of boating as a youth when he spent his summers exploring Puget Sound and the Canadian waters with his family on their boat. This love continued throughout his life, with Jerry most recently exploring Lake Washington in an 18 foot boat. He also enjoyed gardening, growing huge pumpkins and zucchini and producing tons of tomatoes to share with friends and family. He was an avid reader, loving books about World War II.Jerry, however, was best known for his chocolate chip cookies, which were eagerly anticipated gifts on special occasions.
Jerry was proceeded in death by his father, Stillman Orville, his mother Mary, and his sisters Virginia (Ginny) Enders and Patricia Mello. He was be greatly missed by his Son, Scott, Mill Creek; Ex-Wife and best friends Laurel Lupton, Woodinville; Brother Martin (Jeannine), Edmonds; and sisters Leslie Rayfield, Seattle; and Pamela Hamilton, Lynnwood.
The family would like to thank Maria Allen of the Maria Allen's Adult Family Home for the wonderful care that they gave Jerry for the last 13 months.
