Gerald Gene Van Slyck, born January 6, 1931 in Seattle, WA, passed away on October 1, 2010 in Bothell, WA. Before becoming an architect, Gerald proudly served his country in the US Army. He enjoyed hiking, skiing, and spending time with his loving children and grandchildren. He is survived by his son Paul Van Slyck of Everett, daughters Crista Van Slyck Matteson of Seattle, Gina Van Slyck of Bothell, Andra Zito of Seattle, brother Ron Van Slyck, and 10 grandchildren. A celebration of Gerald’s life will be held at a date to be announced soon.
