Ida Williams

Ida (Quaroni) Williams was born on February 20, 1922 in Morwick, Saskatchewan, Canada to Emilio and Adele (Albizzati) Quaroni. She passed away on October 4, 2014 in Seattle, Washington at the age of 92.

Ida received her Nursing Degree in British Columbia, which she utilized for over 30 years of service to Virginia Mason Hospital. With a passion for excellence, she became the head of nurse training. She was an active member of Telecom Pioneers and a member of Children’s Hospital Guild.

Ida was preceded in death by her best friend, love of her life, and husband of 54 years, John Bryant Williams in 2005. She is survived by her two sisters, Emma (Frank) Urekar of Marysville, Washington and Dorina Frost of Maple Ridge, B.C.; and many loving extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Acacia Funeral Home in Seattle, Washington on Wednesday, October 8th, 2014 at 11AM with a graveside committal immediately following.
