Nadine Louise Mills passed away unexpectedly on Sunday December 3rd, 2017. She was born January 15th, 1944 in Seattle, WA to Henry and Wilma Allen. Nadine was the oldest of three children and attended Ballard High School in Seattle, Washington. Upon graduation, she went on to get an Associate’s degree in Special Education with the Northshore School District of which she retired from after thirty-five years in 2006. Her other interests include square dancing, camping, sewing, and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren.
Nadine is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Marvin L. Mills. She is survived by her daughter Melissa Erler and husband James Erler of Airway Heights, Washington and her brother Raymond Allen and his wife, Priscilla, of Seattle, WA. She leaves behind her grandchildren Nathaniel L. Erler, Joshua J. Erler, Jennessa J. Erler, and Benjamin M. Erler.
A memorial service for Nadine will be held at the First Christian Church of Ellensburg located at 601 N. Ruby Street Ellensburg, WA 98926 on December 16th at 2 PM. Nadine will be laid to rest at Acacia Memorial Park Seattle, WA during a private ceremony.
