Norma was born in Manila on Oct 20, 1932, third of six children of Lolo Marianing Foz & Lola Turing Foz.
She attended the University of the East; graduating BA Commerce and passing the Phil Accounting Board exam. She then went to work for Chevital Creamery. After immigrating to Seattle in the 70s, she worked for banks, then finally she found her dream job at the City of Seattle where she retired. She loved to share happy, nostalgic stories about her old Manila friends & relatives; places & friends she met while travelling.
Norma was a fun-loving and funny too; super enthusiastic about sports especially the Mariners! Together w/ her sister-in-law they would watch every game on TV no end, then repeat watch later that night! She readily adopted several pets and enjoyed them with her nephew Mhorli.
She found time to be active at St Matthew Catholic Church and Community. Volunteering as Lay Minister and its activities.
Auntie Nor, thank you! We are all going to miss you, we love you & forever will be a part of our lives.
