Ann McClelland

Ann McClelland (née (Parszik) passed unexpectedly in Wilmington, NC on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the age of 52.Ann is survived by her husband, Neil McClelland, her two daughters,Jenni and Haley McClelland, her mother June Parszik, her 5 sisters,Maryanna Olds, Jean Marr, Louise Rufo, June Ware, Christine Moore, and her mother-in-law, Juanita McClelland. Ann was born on October 15, 1962 in Ridgewood, NJ to Leonard and June Parszik. She graduated from Waldwick High School in 1981. She married Neil In 1987. Ann was a lifelong resident of Waldwick, NJ where she worked at St. Luke's Church in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ for 13 years. After moving to Wilmington, NC in September 2013 with her husband, she began working for Cape Fear Pick N Pull as an Office Manager. Ann was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and confidant. All of those who were blessed enough to encounter her know this to be true. She touched countless lives with her magnanimous personality, warm heart, unwavering positivity and spirituality, unbelievable sense of humor, boundless creativity and beautiful smile. To say she will be sorely missed is an understatement. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Memorial Mass at St. Luke's Church, 340 N Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. (201-444-0272). Inurnment to follow at the cemetery. Everyone is invited to a reception at the parish center to celebrate Ann's Life. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made in memory of Ann to The Diana GoudswardCollentine Scholarship Fund, 2 Smithfield Terrace, Waldwick, NJ 07463.Ann was one of the class of 1981 founders of the fund to contribute to the continuing education of Waldwick high school graduating students.
