Barbara A. Dick (nee Volk), 73, of Rutherford, NJ, formerly of Jersey City and Secaucus, NJ entered into rest on Monday June 10, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Peter Dick Devoted daughter of the late George & Augusta(nee Hoyle) Volk. Loving mother of Sandi Smith-Smart, William Dick and his wife Dawn and Michelle Volk and her husband Rich Ballance. Adored grandmother of James Charles “JC" and Cassandra Holdsworth and Tyler and Joshua Dick. Barbara is predeceased by 2 sisters and 4 brothers and is the dear aunt of Julia Cambria and her husband Lou. Barbara was a Switchboard Operator at Meadowlands Hospital for 20 years.Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mack Memorial Home,1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus,NJ.The family will gather at the funeral home with their relatives and friends on Saturday at 9:00 AM for a 10:00 AM funeral mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Secaucus. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
