Beverly I. Smentkowski

Born in Jersey City, NJ to Irene and Benjamin McKay.

Beverly was a lifelong resident of Secaucus, where she and her husband Joseph owned and operated Joseph Smentkowski Inc., a carting and waste management company. Beverly loved life and spending time with her family and friends. She was a devout parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church in Secaucus, and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph Frank Smentkowski; loving mother of Valerie Smentkowski, and David Smentkowski and his wife Stacey; adoring grandmother of David Ryan and Mia Rose Smentkowski; and dear sister of Benjamin C. McKay and his wife Carol, and Joseph S. McKay and his wife Carol. Beverly also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, and close family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Rd., Secaucus, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 15 at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Rd., Secaucus, NJ. Burial to follow at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton, NJ.
