Eleanor Florence Beckmeyer

Eleanor Florence Beckmeyer, 82, a lifelong resident of Secaucus, NJ entered into rest on Sunday March 23, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Francis Beckmeyer Sr. Devoted mother of Joseph F. Jr and his wife Karen, Brian A. Sr. and his wife Laura and Glenn M. Sr. and his wife Judith. Loving grandmother of Joseph III and his wife Jennifer, Nicholas, Jennifer Dujets and her husband Gregory, Brian A. Jr, Amanda, Glenn M. Jr., and Gianna. Dear sister of Norma Kosky. Eleanor was a lifelong member and Past President of The Ladies Auxiliary of Secaucus Exempt Firemans and Treasurer and Chaperone of Meadowlarks and Royal Brigade Drum & Bugle Corps. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus. The family will gather at the funeral home with their relatives and friends on Thursday at 9 AM for a 10 AM funeral mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Secaucus. Interment to follow at Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Eleanor may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
