Gerald "Jerry" J. Juzdan passed on April 7, 2026, at the age of 73, Jerry was born on September 4, 1952, to the late Fred and Florence (Nafash) Juzdan in Jersey City, NJ and became a lifelong resident of Weehawken. He was a proud Art Teacher for the Glenridge department of education for many years before retiring in 2009. Jerry was also a member of the NJEA (New Jersey Education Association) the HCREA (Hudson County Retired Educators Association) the AENJ (Art Educators of NJ) and also the Director of Hoboken Film Festival, an active volunteer at the NJ War Veterans of Paramus & a Recipient of the NJ Governors Teacher Recognition Award.
Jerry was the loving husband of 51 years to Gail (Rehbein) Juzdan; Cherished brother of Patricia Gerbehy; devoted brother-in-law of Robin & Charles Makarski, Robert & Karen Rehbein, David & Gina Rehbein, Dawn & Peter Collins, Allyson & Sergio Sciancalepore; 18 nieces & nephews and 9 great nieces & nephews as well as many loving extended family members and friends.
Jerry’s Services will be private however anyone who would like to may make a donation in his honor to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org/donate
