

He was born on June 14, 1991, in Secaucus, New Jersey, son of Andre Shramenko and Virginia Boomer. Jesse grew up in Secaucus in Harmon Cove, attending Clarendon Elementary and Secaucus Middle schools. He studied at Hudson Catholic High School in Jersey City, NJ and St. Mary’s High School in Rutherford, NJ where he graduated in 2009.
Jesse went on to college at Seton Hall and Rutgers University where he graduated on May 18, 2016, with Bachelor of Arts in Video Production and a minor in Journalism. Furthering his studies in Video Production, Jesse received a certificate from the New York Film Academy in NY City for Digital Editing. Jesse interned at WBJL Radio in Newark and MicShop in New York City where he conducted interviews and produced radio commentary.
After graduation, Jesse was a freelance artist working as a Reporter at Hudson TV and authoring several articles online with Ark Republic covering Social Justice Issues and Politics. In particular, Jesse wrote about the impact of the partial federal government shutdown on food security. “During the longest closure of non-essential government offices in U.S. history, many federal employees worked without pay, leaving them wondering if they would make it to their next meal.”
Jesse volunteered with an organization, Rescuing Left-Over Cuisine redistributing left-over food from NY City restaurants to people experiencing food insecurity. Their mission was to rescue food that would otherwise go to waste and provide it to those in need. Keeping ends together Jesse worked for various delivery companies as a delivery driver including Uber, Go-Puff, Capstone logistics and Door-Dash.
Jesse , along with being survived by his Loving parents Andre and Virginia is also survived by many loving extended family members in Ohio and all across the United States as well as many friends, he will be missed by everyone who has known him.
A visitation for Jesse will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 4 to 8 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094. A Prayer Service will occur Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 11AM at Mack Memorial Home followed by his burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Rd., North Arlington, NJ 07031.
