Born in Lipari, Italy to Maria and Francesco Quadara.
Luigi was a butcher by trade, and the owner of L & Q Meat Market in New York, NY. Later in life, he would go on to open Caffe Conca D' Oro in Newark, NJ. Luigi owned racehorses that he kept at the family farm in Cream Ridge, NJ.
Beloved husband of the late Clara Quadara; loving father of Frank Quadara and his wife Debbie; cherished grandfather of Luigi Quadara and his wife Gianna, and Gabriella Quadara; and adoring great grandfather of Luigi and Giavanna.
A visitation for Luigi will be held Thursday, October 7, from 4 to 9 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. A funeral mass will be held Friday, October 8, at 9:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. Committal service to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
