Manuel Joaquin “Tommy” 76 of Milford, PA, formerly of Waldwick, NJ entered into rest surrounded by his family on Monday May 10, 2010. Beloved husband of the late Mary E. Joaquin. Devoted father of Linda DeBoer and her husband Roy, Bucky and his wife Clare, Todd, and the late Thomas and his wife Jodie Joaquin. Loving grandfather of Tracy, Rich, Heather, Amy, Lena, Megan, Kyle and Nicole. Dear brother of Angela Scalors. Tommy was the Superintendent of the Waldwick Water Department for over 43 years and was a member of the Waldwick Ambulance Corps. Tommy loved to fish, hunt, and make model airplanes. He loved the outdoors and his family. Visitation will be held on Friday May 14, 2010 from 4 PM to 8 PM with a 7 PM Funeral Service at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ.
