

She was born on August 10, 1924, in Philadelphia, PA. She moved in the early 1930’s to Secaucus. She stayed in Secaucus her whole life until she left to go Home in Heaven. She worked at W.T. Grants for about 35 years and then at Blue Bell Wrangler in New York City for about 20 years. She was very active at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, she taught children about Jesus at Sunday School for 67 years, sang in the Choir and active in Ladies Aid Society.
She is predeceased by her parents, George Rudolph and Pauline Matilda (Nafzger) Meyer. She is survived by her sisters, Alice Schaeffer, Ruth Gerrity and Rosemarie Schmitt, and her cherished cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, January 20th at Mack Memorial Home 1245 Paterson Plank Road Secaucus, NJ from 10 AM - 12 pm viewing, service will be at 12 pm at Mack Memorial Home. Interment in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in Clifton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Lutheran Hour Ministries, 660 Mason Ridge Center Drive, St. Louis, MO 63141 or at LMH.org Condolences may also be made online at Mack Memorial Home.
We will be having a celebration of her life and celebrating her birthday in August, when we can all be together outside safely.
