He was a devoted husband of 55 years to Nemeh (Shoubash) Salameh; A loving father to Issa Salameh and his wife Amal, Sami Salameh and his wife Dareen, Wasim Salameh and his wife Marlin, Nida Shoubash and her husband Nasim; and a cherished grandfather to his nine grandchildren and great grandchild. He was also a loving brother to Rimoun Almaet and his wife Rima, his late sister Wajiha Ayyoub and her late husband Samir, his niece and nephews, as well as extended family members and friends.
A visitation for Wajih will be held Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 9 to 10:30 AM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 10:45 AM at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ, followed by his burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ.
