Bill was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Henry and Dorothy (Bartling) Medel.
He was an Accounts Receivable Representative for Outfront Media in New York, NY for many years. Bill is survived by his Loving Sister Linda Ulmer; His devoted brother-in-law Ken MacDonald; Cherished Uncle & Godfather of Arielle Ulmer and Beloved Godfather to Denise Lynam.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 1:30 to 3:30PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094.
